黑糯米2 2/3
陳皮1小塊
片糖適量

做法 Method

1. 眉豆、花生、紅豆、綠豆、黑豆及黑糯米分別洗淨,用清水浸泡2小時備用

Rinse black-eyed beans, peanuts, red beans, mungbeans, black beans and black glutinous rice separately. Soak them in water for 2 hours and drain.

2. 陳皮用水浸軟,刮去瓤。
Soak dried tangerine peel in water until soft. Scrap off the pith.

3. 燒滾水3公斤,放入所有材料,滾後轉慢火煲2小時(不時攪拌),可加入適量片糖調味。
Bring 3 litres of water. Put in all ingredients. Bring to the boil and turn to low heat. Simmer for 2 hours while stirring occasionally. Optionally, season with brown sugar slab. Serve.
